I reside in Stephens City, Virginia, about an hour drive outside of Washington D.C. I can often be found at one of the area’s libraries doing consulting or tutoring. I hold a B.S. Business Economics and B.A. Philosophy, both from Virginia Tech. I am. also, a Microsoft Certified Windows Programmer. I have 25 years of professional and personal experience with Personal Computer repair and maintenance, programming, and general IT. Most of my professional IT work has been in e-commerce and e-marketing. Most of my PC work meets or exceed U.S. Government / Military standards.
