Saving Democracy (or Making America Great Again)
Saving Democracy (or Making America Great Again)
We are in the final days of September 2025. Autumn has started and people are now settling into their Fall and Winter routines. Presently, a U.S. Government budget shutdown is looming, a tariff and international trade-war is ongoing, and here in Virginia early voting has already begun for the November general elections.
To start, I do not support, in any way, the violent overthrow of the U.S Government, nor do I support any violence against any government officials or government property. I believe government reform will happen in a peaceful manner, without violence, and those who have been robbing and victimizing the American citizenry these past decades will see True Justice. The monies and lands that have been stolen and swindled by corrupt U.S. government officials will be returned to their rightful owners, and formal apologies will be issued to the innocent American citizens who have been wrongfully targeted with endless campaigns of intimidation and harassment. U.S. Government reform will happen in a peaceful, orderly manner, and in a transparent fashion to ensure the world can witness the abuses occurring here in America, and so future generations of Americans do not repeat the same mistakes.
I do not publicly support any Political Party or any individual candidates for public office. However, Plato of ancient Athens famously stated that the punishment for those who do not participate in the political process is to be ruled by their inferiors. Therefore, I have three main proposals for saving democracy and making America great again. Firstly, eliminating the legal doctrine Qualified Immunity from American jurisprudence. Secondly, improving access to online education and online degree programs. And finally, deregulation of the communications sector, the encryption industries, and technologies relating to Artificial Intelligence.
Folks, it is incumbent upon every generation of Americans to meet the challenges that threaten our peace, security, economic prosperity, and individual rights. The legal doctrine Qualified Immunity is the single greatest threat to Americans’ financial security and civil liberties since Soviet Communism and Radical Islamic Terrorism. The government officials who have used Qualified Immunity, and other legal trickery, to rob and victimize the American People these past 50 years have done more damage to the American way-of-life than any foreign adversary. By my quick calculations, $20 trillion of the current $37 trillion of Washington D.C. debt is a direct result of the waste, fraud, and abuse of Qualified Immunity. Qualified Immunity did not exist here in America for the first 200 years of the American Republic. The first step in making America great again is eliminating the legal doctrine Qualified Immunity and returning the country’s jurisprudence to its founding principles. Additionally, Qualified Immunity is a direct affront to the notions of equal protection under the law, and prevents the democratic ideals of equality, fairness, and individual liberties from reaching its full potential.
Secondly, the secret-key to a successful democracy is education. Online college degree programs and online certification programs can add trillions of dollars of generational wealth to rural America, and elsewhere. Online college degree programs can restore middle-class America, and create professional leaders anywhere there is a high-speed internet connection. The average cost of a 4-year bachelor on-campus private college diploma is more than $150,000. Comparatively, the average cost of a 4-year bachelor online college diploma is $50,000, making it cost-effective to meet the academic requirements for many professions. Virginia Tech, my alma mater, currently has several online graduate degree programs relating to Agriculture, Business, Political Science, Public Policy, and Information Technology. Those in the trade-skills such as plumbers, electricians, auto-mechanics, and carpentry can now obtain an online degree in his/her free or off-time. It is now entirely possible to obtain a $40,000 online Juris Doctor degree to sit for the California Bar Exam and become a fully-licensed practicing attorney.
I am a Microsoft Certified Windows Programmer. Most of my PC work meets or exceeds U.S. Government / Military standards. Also, I have Bell Labs following me on Twitter and I am currently researching the requirements for teaching High School Computer Science. The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees, among other things, the rights of Free Speech, Free Press and Free Expression for the citizenry. The U.S. regulation of the communications, encryption, and A.I. sectors is a violation of my, and other Americans’, First Amendment Civil Rights. The U.S. Government should have absolutely no say in this blog and website, any of my social media posting, what apps I download from the app-store, my e-mail, online gaming, stock-trading platform, consultations with various A.I. agents and services, or what encryption software services I choose. Deregulation of these industries would spur innovation and investments and secure my First Amendment Rights.
To conclude, I do not advocate or support violence, of any kind, against any government officials or government property. I do not publicly support any Political Party or any individuals for public office. I believe government reform will occur and happen in an orderly, peaceful, and transparent manner. To save democracy, and make America great again, I propose eliminating the legal doctrine of Qualified Immunity, increasing access to online college education, and deregulating the communications and I.T. sectors.
