Going Off-Grid with Windows PC's 2026
Going Off-Grid with Windows PC's 2026
Today is Thursday April 30, 2026. I am very happy to report the 13 month-long civil lawsuit against me has ended. Through legal motions, missed filing deadlines, and various other court proceedings the civil lawsuit against me has, effectively, been dismissed by the court system. I am currently speaking with members of the clergy, attorneys, and others about the viability of counter-lawsuits, possible civil rights and Constitution violations, and exactly how to prevent such lawsuits against me from occurring in the future. I will comment no further about this lawsuit on any public forums, only to say this civil lawsuit against me was based entirely on lies, falsehoods, and gross misrepresentation of facts and events. I want to sincerely thank my many supporters and defenders of this past year through this very difficult time.
Prior to the start of the civil lawsuit against me 13 months ago, I was in late-stage negotiations on certain commercial and residential properties. These real estate properties were both "on-grid" and "off-grid." I was using rural farmland prices and "off-grid" real estate as my base-line for evaluating and pricing all other commercial and residential properties. If the property was priced above that of local farmland or nearby "off-grid" properties then the seller needed to explain the price difference.
I can use this approach to price negotiations on properties because I am a Microsoft Certified Windows Programmer. With a properly functioning modern Windows PC there is very little difference from living "off-grid" compared to living "on-grid." The price difference of the properties, however, is dramatic. In most cases the price of an "on-grid" property was triple or quadruple that of a nearby "off-grid" property. In some instances the actual distance between the two properties was less than five miles.
Modern Windows PC's do not solve the ongoing housing affordability crisis that many Americans currently face. However, a properly working Windows PC or laptop makes living "off-grid" livable, and even fun, when the drastically lower price of the property is considered. Many Americans are currently priced-out of the housing market, or forced to take on large mortgage loans with very little chance of ever fully paying it off. The current housing market affordability crisis is due, in large part, to the regulations and controls enacted during the 2008/2009 housing market crisis and recession. With the current financial budget problem in Washington D.C., it is hard to find a politician or policy maker willing to re-live those troubling and difficult times. Technology steps-in to save the day, when our government officials fail.
As we get into late Spring 2026, many people are house-hunting, farms are well into the planting season, construction site are seeing more activity, and people are planning for vacations on the beach or wooded mountains. A rugged, durable, drop-proof Windows PC or laptop specially engineered for outdoor and "off-grid" usage can make your work and living "off-grid" fun and enjoyable.
I am a Microsoft Certified Windows Programmer. Most of my PC work meets, or exceeds, US Government/Military standards.
